Arrival
- Please let us know by phone/app about your arrival time, at least 1 hour before your estimated arrival time on Friday evening. The HNBT liaison is communicated by email with the name and phone number.
- For teams arriving on Saturday, please contact Bart Prak at least 1 hour before your estimated arrival time.
- When you ordered HNBT shirts, you will receive them at the hotel.
Breakfast
- Teams in Flonk Plaza can have breakfast from 07:00 – 10:00. Teams playing first game can have breakfast from 06:15.
- Teams in Bud Gett Hostels & Martini Hotel can have breakfast from 06:30 – 09:30.
Lunch & Diner
- Lunch at Heyerdahl College will be approx. from 11:30 – 14:00.
- Dinner at Heyerdahl College will be approx. from 17:00 – 21:00.
- Eating/drinking is not allowed in the hall, only when necessary for playing the matches.
Jury table assignments
- U13, U15 and U17 need to perform jury assignments. Please see internal schedules for jury table schedule.
- For cross finals and finals the jury schedule will be published as soon as possible. Please check information at the venue.
